Skills:
- Must be able to multi-task, excellent communicator, organized and self-starter
- Must be able to diagnose and solve problems in the field
- Must have technical experience
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Project with proficiency
Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager on jobs
- Maintain contract documents, posting and distribution of addenda, field orders, clarifications and Requests for Proposal
- Know project sequence and assist in project scheduling as directed
- Know project requirements and assist in project purchasing as directed
- Control the material and equipment expediting process
- Control shop drawings and submittals and review for contract compliance and establish a routing process to ensure that all
- involved in the work are kept informed of the approved shop drawings or status thereof
- Keep daily log of events and decisions; document the job history
- Prepare progress billings as required
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Construction industry
- Knowledge of construction, design, finance, management
- Thorough understanding of industry practices and standards
Skills:
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be organized and have follow through on tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy are essential

Superintendent
Responsibilities:
- Inspections, Permitting
- Planning, scheduling, coordinating all phases of construction
- Review contract scopes
- RFI’s and Submittals
- Punchlist
- Manage Customer Service
- Change Order Estimating
- Management/Leadership of all onsite staff
- Maintain safe jobsite
- Review monthly subcontractor draw requests
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years construction management experience in renovations of multi-family projects

- Plan reading

Plumber
Responsibilities:
- Assembles pipe sections, installs pipe assemblies
- Install appliances, such as dishwashers, water heaters
- Install fixtures, such as sinks, toilets
- Detect and locate leaks
- Maintain and repair plumbing, replacing defective parts/appliances, replace/mend broken pipes, open clogged drains
- Locate and mark position for pipe installations
- Review blueprints, building codes and specs
- Use and maintain tools used in the day to day operations

Electrician
Responsibilities:
- Advise management on weather continued operation of equipment could be hazardous
- Assemble install, test or maintain electrical and electrical wiring
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components
- Construct or fabricate parts, using hand tools
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects or need for adjustment/repair
- Ensure compliance with codes
- Review blueprints, building codes and specs
- Use and maintain tools used in the day to day operations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in trade

- Plan reading

General Labor
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload building materials and/or tools
- Distribute materials/tools to correct locations throughout the job site

- Job site cleanup, to include hauling, removing trash, sweeping
- Dig ditches or trenches, back-fill excavations
- Mix concrete and/or plaster
- Other job site duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in construction

Carpenter
Responsibilities:
- Door and window installation and repair
- Trim work, drill and set door hardware
- Framing
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Shape or cut materials to specified measurements
- Build or repair cabinet doors, frameworks, floors or other wooden fixtures in buildings
- Review blueprints, building codes and specs
- Use and maintain tools used in the day to day operations
Qualifications:

HVAC
Responsibilities:
- Installs and inspects equipment according to manufacturer’s specs
- Performs regularly scheduled maintenances on systems
- Diagnoses and corrects problems
- Tests electrical circuits and components for continuity
- Tests pipes and tubing joints and connections for leaks
- Repairs or replaces defective equipment, components or wiring
- Installs, connects, and adjusts thermostats, timers
- Inspects and tests systems to verify compliance with plans and specs and to detect/locate malfunctions
- Properly connects lines to AC units, including soldering
- Review blueprints, building codes and specs
- Use and maintain tools used in the day to day operations

Electrical Superintendent
Responsibilities:
- Plans wiring and installation of equipment and fixtures such as motors, generators, switches, circuit breakers, and fuse boxes.
- Ensure a well-functioning Preventative Maintenance program of the electrical and control systems that drives improving reliability based on the criticality of the equipment.
- Inspects wiring and fixtures for conformance to company specifications or local electrical codes.
- Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
- Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
- Maintains time and production records.
- Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials.
- Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
- Sets up machines and equipment.
- Performs activities of workers supervised.
- Experience managing a crew. Will be managing multiple crews at multiple locations.
